Keeping Quality:

Lecithin 100G2 should be kept in the sealed container,
avoiding light and moisture, until ready for use. The
optimum storage temperature is below 75' F/25' C.
Shelf Life:

The shelf life of Lecithin 100G2 is min. 24 months from
the date of manufacture, in the original unopened
container under suggested storage conditions.
