Characteristics:

Lecithin 400 mg capsules contain a transparent, liquid compound of fractionated soybean lecithin and soybean oil with enriched phosphatidylcholine content. The product is contained in a gelatin capsule.

Composition:

Mixture of non-polar (triglycerides) and polar (phospho- and glyco-) lipids and possibly a small amount of naturally occurring carbohydrates. This product may contain ethanol as a stabilizing agent (1.5% max).
